Croke Park Abseil 2011
Congratulations to all 59 volunteers who took the plunge and abseiled 100ft off the roof of the Hogan Stand in Croke Park on Saturday 15th October, to raise much needed funds and awareness for the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association. Well done to you all – it took a lot of gusto to do what you did and we applaud you!!
Throughout the day abseils ran from 8.30 in the morning right through until 5 that evening. The day was a great success and everyone really enjoyed the experience. However, it wouldn’t have been possible without the guys from the Adventure Agency – so thanks guys and here’s to next year!!
