The amount of the grant is the full cost of the work (up to a maximum of €20320) in the case of a rented local authority house or flat or 90% of the cost (up to a maximum of €20320) for private houses. Where the house is less than 1 year old or where a new house is being built specifically to meet the needs of the person with a disability, a grant of up to €12700 is available.

€45 or €22.50 for people with disabilities or organizations of people
