Henley Ironman

Deborah Tout can be described as nothing short of amazing. She completed an Ironman distance Triathlon in Henley on Saturday 17th of October in memory of John Reidy in an incredible 12hrs:58mins:10secs. The gruelling challenge consisted of a 3.8Km Swim, 180Km Bike and a 42Km Run! Well done Deborah, that really is an astounding achievement – all here in the IMNDA Office salute you!
