How will I be Affected by the Dispute Between Pharmacies and the HSE
This dispute is not affecting all pharmacies so it is important to ask your pharmacist if they will be filling your prescription under the Medical Card or Drugs Payment Scheme form 1st March 2008.
If they say no, then you should ask them to return your prescription to you along with records of any other medication you have.
Call the HSE info-line on 1850 24 1850, open from 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday.
The HSE will give you details of pharmacies in your area that will fill your prescription, or make alternative arrangements to ensure that you can get the medicines that you need.
