Neven Maguire Cookery Demonstration

The culinary expertise of Ireland’s favourite celebrity chef Neven Maguire was on hand at a cookery demonstration in the beautiful Radisson Blu Hotel in Sligo on September 8th 2010 to show how easy it is to produce quality dishes using simple ingredients and fresh produce. Head chef from the Radisson Blu Joe Shannon also joined Neven and the two whipped up creation after creation of mouthwatering goodness and left the audience wanting more. Special thanks to Máire Dufficy and her friends for all their wonderful support in organising this fantastic event which raised over €25,000 for the association.
