St Pats FC pledge their support to the IMNDA! Thursday, 17th May 2012
Meeting the Healthcare Needs of People with Disabilities Tuesday, 3rd April 2012
Neurological Alliance of Ireland Lobby Day Thursday, 1st March 2012In Spring 2009 the IMNDA sought the creativity of IADT, Visual Communication Student, Vici Best who's design was chosen by the IMNDA. She summed up her design as follows:
"I wanted to get across the vision and values of the IMNDA in a modern, clean, professional looking way. The design I came up with is representative of a Motor Neurone visually, for an immediate visual reference hook. It is memorable, simple and aesthetically pleasing. The colours in the logo have meaning.
They stand for three main areas I interpreted as the main concerns of the IMNDA. These are; support, research and education.
The logo on it's own has 3 clusters of nerves spanning out from one central one. These three colour coded nerve structures represent the 3 areas of work the IMNDA undertake, as explained above. The core 'dot' or nerve cell represents the individual i.e the people who use your organisation to learn, get support etc and all of the marvelous people who dedicate their time to been part of it".
