Dublin Bus offers practical advice on planning a journey using public transport and can also provide someone to accompany you for the first few times you use the service. Their trained staff will call to you, travel with you to the bus stop on the outward journey, and on the return journey. The service will operate on all bus routes. Where the service user requires the bus to be wheelchair accessible, the service will be available on routes that are operated by low floor buses.
