A huge thanks to Ger Fitzpatrick who raised €3,500 from the Half Marathon in Clontarf.
Ger wanted to share a deeply personal story about his mum, Jean. She has been bravely battling Motor Neurone Disease since she was diagnosed April 2022, a relentless condition that has changed their lives profoundly. Despite the challenges, her strength & resilience inspire them everyday.
Ger's goal was to participate in 2 half marathon’s, the Clontarf half marathon which he completed on the 6th July & he hopes to do the Manchester City 22nd October to raise much needed funds for critical research into Motor Neurone Disease to I.M.N.D.A.
A huge thanks to Ger so far and we wish him the best of luck with his continued training for the Manchester City Half Marathon on the 22nd October.
