A massive well done to Mark O'Brien who smashed it last Sunday the 1st September as he is now a proud #guinnessworldrecordholder.
Mark is living with MND and set out on his challenge once again to break Two Guinness World Records in two countries in one day. He managed to break the record for 50m & 100m freestyle in London & Dublin - what a legend!!
He is also raising awareness of MND & funds for Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association @mndassoc & Challenging MND
