The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA) AGM and Annual Conference 2024,
will be held on Friday 4th October at the Fairways Hotel, Dundalk, Co Louth. If you are unable to be with us in person you can join us virtually for the AGM & conference. We will have further details on joining the virtual meetings closer to the time.
The AGM will take place at 9.30am. The Annual Conference will follow at 10am. After lunch we are excited to host two workshops: one for people with MND and one for caregivers. The workshops will finish at approx. 3.15pm.
The details of the speakers and information stands will have been sent out to you with your invitation. Invitations were posted on 29th August 2024.
At this time, we are only taking bookings from people with MND & their caregivers who have received an invitation. If you did not receive an invitation and are registered with the IMDNA as a person with MND please contact community@imnda.ie before completing this form.
Kindly complete the booking form here. You can also book by phone on Freefone 1800 403403 (option 6) to indicate your attendance and room requirements. Room bookings should be made no later than Friday 20th September, as we must finalise room reservations at that point.
The hotel has a limited number of rooms with wheelchair adapted bathrooms and these will be allocated on a first come first served basis to those who need them. We can provide shower chairs and over toilet frames to make the standard rooms more suitable for those with additional needs.
While we hope that you are able to join us in person at this event, please note that the IMNDA team does not provide medical assistance during your stay at the conference hotel. We strongly recommend ensuring you have all necessary medical support and assistance arranged prior to attending the conference.
