A massive thank you to Tom Horan & his gang of Country musicans who had a 'helluva blast' at the Hoedown fundraiser in the Glenside on Sunday 13th July.
They had a great big crowd, with great legends of Country Music and of course the First Lady of Country, Lynda Lucas, and great guests such as Niall Toner with Andrea Booth, Liz Barker, Bobby Roche, linedancers, ticket sellers, raffle organisers, and the pub manager, Peter Flood, and his staff, who were all kept busy for the day.
Thanks to all who made such a huge effort, including those who donated raffle prizes. They had a very lively, enjoyable afternoon. Proceeds of €1,000 was donated to the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association.
