Every June 21, the world comes together for ALS/MND. Global Day raises awareness of ALS/MND and unites the global community in hope for better treatments, a cure, and ultimately, a world free of ALS/MND.
This year, the International Alliance of ALS/MND Associations is recognizing caregivers by creating 2027 ALS/MND Caregiver Calendar, a global collection of artwork and images honouring the compassion, strength, and dedication of those who support people living with ALS/MND every day.
Browse the submissions below by clicking on the button and vote for up to five of your favourite images. While all the images will be included in the calendar, your vote will help determine which one are featured most prominently. Many submissions also include personal stories, artist statements, and caregiver reflections and these can be read by clicking on the images.
Voting is open until June 8. The winning images will be announced on Global ALS/MND Awareness Day on June 21.
