Retired trade union official Dave Hughes is currently living with Motor Neurone Disease. As a response, and with Dave’s blessing, some of his friends and former trade union colleagues are organising a 100km sponsored cycle to raise funds for the Association. The event takes place from 9.00am on Saturday 28th September, setting off from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Association headquarters in Dublin 7. To participate in the cycle, or only do a part of it, send your details to Linda Casey (lcasey@forsa.ie) by September 23rd.
