Support for People Living with MND
Support for People Living with MND
We hold in person support groups for people who are living with Motor Neurone Disease, these support meetings provide a safe and confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings and concerns related to your diagnosis of MND, adjustment, loss, anxiety, identity, relationships, and future planning.
Our aim is to help individuals build resilience, maintain wellbeing and navigate the challenges associated with MND. Each meeting is facilitated by our nursing team with a guest speaker invited to talk about different aspects of living with MND. This is also a chance to meet others in a similar situation to you. The meetings are in person and online.
More information is available on our website, or you can contact the Information & Support Service by emailing services@imnda.ie
