Walk While You Can - In Memory of Brendan McPhillips

Walk While You Can – In Memory of Brendan McPhillips
Please join us on Sunday, 21st September 2025 at 3pm at Ballyanne Bar, for a commemorative 5km walk in honour of Brendan McPhillips and in support of those living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

This special event is being held to raise vital funds for the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA), whose phenomenal work brings comfort, care, and practical support to individuals and families affected by this life-changing condition. The IMNDA provided unwavering support to Brendan and so many others – and now, we walk to give back.

Whether you're walking in memory, in solidarity, or simply to support a worthy cause, we invite you to step out with us and make a meaningful difference. Every step counts, and every donation helps the IMNDA continue its essential work across Ireland.

Let’s walk together in memory, in gratitude, and in support of all those affected by MND.

Thank you for your Support.

There are more than 470 people affected by this cruel and debilitating disease all across Ireland. The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA) is the only organisation in this country supporting these families and it’s a charity that’s very close to our hearts.

By walking or donating you will keep the amazing MND nurses in the communities where they are needed most.

Please support our fundraising efforts and help us ensure that every person living with MND receives the dedicated care and support they need.

Hope starts with one step, change happens with many.

Walk While You Can, where you can, with who you can.
